OK, I started using kettlebells last summer, mostly as a circuit/endurance w/o since I already have a heavy lifting routine that I love. So, KBs every Sat since about July 2008.
Here's my confession. KBs bore the daylights outta me. Seems to me there are only about 10 moves total, & the only difference in the w/os is the sequencing, the # of reps & the time. I have almost all the AOS w/os & truthfully, I can hardly tell the difference betw. any of them.
I went back to Cathe's circuits--started w/Drill Max, OMG! And I realized how much more fun they are than the KB w/os. The KBs were OK for a change, but they got stale really fast. Cathe's stuff, OTOH, never seems to get old.
So on to my circuit Q--I have the following Cathe circuits:
Drill Max
Circuit Max (love this w/o--read some so-so reviews a few weeks ago & I admit it's not the greatest strength builder, but it is some serious cardio & endurance!)

I'm looking for more circuit/cardio based workouts, 60-90 minutes long. Am I missing any? Perhaps by other instructors as well? But they MUST have the cardio factor as well. I know Amy & Tracey have some stuff, but I don't know how they compare to Cathe's. So I'd welcome any suggestions please.
Disclaimer: I have 4DS too, but I don't really consider that circuit.
