A HUGE MILESTONE -- I can't wait to tell!

This morning, I was doing my absolute favorite cardio -- Body Max 2.

I find the power circuit segment to be really hard, and it is my goal to conquer it.

Well, this morning, I was working it. It was just a really *ON* day. So I decided to give it a go with my absolute nemisis -- step blast #2, WIDE LUNGES

I was breathing SO HARD, and my legs felt like jello, but I completed the WHOLE thing without one break, not even a 2 second break.

I am SO proud of myself.
 
congrats, those wide lunges can be hard. Does Cathe say they are a blast from the past? Like IMAX2.
 
Congrats, Katie!!! That's awesome!! It's awesome to see and feel yourself getting stronger and stroner with Cathe, isn't it?
