A Cathe Live request: perhaps "Metabolic Core #2"?

I *LOVE* Live #342 "Metabolic Core"--any chance for a part 2? It's a great overall core workout that alternates(ish) between bodyweight floor and weighted standing exercises that work the core from all angles. It's a really great cardio workout in addition to the strengthening. All in 45 min! Cathe does some really unique slow burpees that make me not dread burpees! Fingers crossed for a sequel!
