a Cathe conversation at my hotel in Cape May

Overheard today at the hotel I work at in Cape May, NJ...we were hosting a wedding party, and someone asked the bride what her secret was to looking so good...her answer...Cathe Friedrich videos!!

I had a chance to talk to her a few minutes, she was quite busy..something about her wedding reception going on at the hotel...

She didn't seem too surprised that I, as a male do the workouts, she says more men do them than will ever admit.

It's a small world, after all

Wow, really Jerry? I bet that was a fun surprise for you to hear right there at work. I do actually get quite a few letters in the mail from men saying that they enjoy some of my workouts (mostly the circuit and bootcamp workouts). They say they enjoy the no-nonsense approach to getting the job done. So keep up the great work Jerry :7

The no-nonsense approach you just mentioned is what attracted me to your workouts as well!! I don't like things sugar-coated...unless, of course, it's dessert.

The girl almost freaked when I told her you have a club in NJ, I gave her the website for the club, and told her she should join the forums!!
