Ok, ladies are we all here? I am under a different name with a "Jr" member title  Hopefully that will be resolved soon.

This morning I did low max and weighted pullups. Wasn't feeling terribly strong on the pullups. I did 4,2,4,3,3 &3 with 2 pounds extra. With each set I did use the band to assist to get to 5 total per set.

The new site is amazing!!!!!

Catherine

Linda, I forgot to tell you I tried one-legged squats yesterday. I used the step at 12 inches which is about parallel for me. But I also had to hold on  I tried to hold lightly. I did 3 sets of 6. Man oh man did I feel it in my BUTT!!!

Boy, I can't even remeber when I posted last. Let's see I think this is where I left off.

FRIDAY
Superset A
Pistol Squats
8/8/8
Chins
8/8/8

Superset B
Split Squats
8/8/8 - 38's i think
Ball Ab Curls
15/15/15

Superset C
One Arm Rows
8/8/8 - 47
Moutain Climbers
12/12/12 per side

Then did cardio 6 rounds at 60/60 ratio and used Bootcamp cardio, but no terminator climbers

SATURDAY
Just did six one minute treks on the TM at 60/60 ratio.

TODAY
Superset A
SLDL
8/8/8 - 113#
DB Chest Press
8/8/8 - 42 1/2's

Superset B
DB Reverse Lunge
8/8/8 - 40's
One Arm Shoulder Press
8/8/8 - 30# didn't think I could do this

Then did cardio 6 rounds at 30/90 ratio and did suicides and lateral jumps.

I really need to do something about my eating, it's been terrible lately and I just can not get it back together. It's not always crap but it is always too much. This is the heaviest I have been in a long time. And in the summer - yuck!

Catherine - Nice job on the pistol squats - I did them with the high step on Friday as well but I used 16 inches but didn't hold on, they were a challange. If you did 12 guess I'll have to try 14 next time! LOL! BTW, can I ask how tall you are that 12 is parallel?

Have a great day!

Linda

Linda, 30# on shoulder press  My shoulders seem to be a weak link. I am working on that!!

I am 5"6' and I asked my DH the other day when I was squatting if my hips were slightly below my knees at the bottom and he said they were. I will stick to 12 inches and work on holding on less :p

Catherine - I think my weakest link is my rear delts, I can barely rear fly anything. Wow, now I am really impressed with your pistol squats! I am 5'7' so I know how low you were going! I guess your butt does hurt!!!

Linda, remember I had help holding on to my power cage. But I can see where these are a very effective exercise.

I did GS C&T and BS&B premixes this evening. Where is the evil smiley when you need him?? OMG, my upper body is fried

OK, where is everyone else? I am hoping to get my older user name reinstituted soon!!

Morning All,

This morning I did Amy's ASC doing the power up first then the combos. Boy I love that workout!

Catherine - Nice workout! How's that upper body feeling this morning?:p

Linda, I guess it's just you and me. I wonder if Briee and Joanne have made it to the new forums???

ASC sounds like a good workout. I don't have any of Amy's stuff, but they look good.

It was IMAX 2 for me today!!

Hi Catherine,

Look at that new fancy avatar!

Here is this mornings TT workout

Chins

Ball Ab Curls
15/15/15

Superset C

Then cardio 6 rounds with a 60/60 ratio, used IMAX 2 blast 2,4,5,6,7, & 9

Linda, great w/o. Your chinup numbers are awesome!!

I'm on the couch. I woke up at 3:30 with a migraine. Didn't go to work. Still have a dull headache, but much better.

Of course that means today's w/o tomorrow. That'll be B&Gs and weighted chinups.

Ok, Joanne where are you hiding? I've seen you logged on. You can not escape us

Briee, I hope you find us!!

Oh Linda, I meant to ask which was more tired your legs from the static lunges or you arms from holding the 40 pounders :p

Catherine - Sorry to hear about your migraine!:( I was up at 1 am because my IBS was bugging me and my stomach was hurting. Funny you should mention the 40's I just posted on the Maniac thread that those lunges would be impossible w/ 40's if it wasn't for my versagripps. They work like hooks, only a hundred times better!!! So thanks to them I can concentrate on working my legs and not the pain in my arms!:D:p:eek:

Just bumping us back to the front page. I am recovered from my migraine and hope to catch up on my missed w/o.

Catherine - So happy to hear you are feeling better! I guess you are going to the August Roadtrip since you are still around. This morning I did 4 DS HIS cardio. That w/o is really a lot of fun!:D

Well, darn it!! I didn't workout today. Guess I'll have 2 rest days this week. I decided to take my nephew to see The Dark Knight after work. And got home about 9ish. Too late for me to w/o.

Tomorrow, I promise!!

Linda, you are correct. I am an August road tripper. Along with Ms Joanne! I can not wait. Wish you and Briee were gonna be there!

Hey Chinsters-

I haven't done a chin in a couple of days so I better get downstairs today and do one. Good job ladies on your workouts. I've been doing a lot of bike riding. My knee has been bugging me and biking seems to be the only thing that doesn't bother it.

Catherine-only two more weeks and we will be on the RT!!!!

Joanne
