I know this w/o has been discussed before, but I just had to post to say how much I enjoyed this w/o. I usually end up disappointed when I try a new instructor, but I really liked her and this dvd. The pluses: great core work... esp liked the side plank dips with your legs on the step, and the "punching" torso twists. Great cardio segments, too... the "v"s on the step really got me winded. Some good legwork.... using a towel to pull in your leg, making your inner thigh muscles work. Just the right amound of "whooping." The minuses: Okay upper body work. No premixes. All in all, a keeper. I've got this from netflix... think I'm definitely going to have to order it.

I have had this dvd for a little while now and at first attempt (must admit my heart wasn't in it at the time) was disappointed - put it away for later use. I have recently bought Barry's Bootcamp and enjoyed that so much I thought I would try Amy's again yesterday. I really enjoyed the different moves and can't believe I was so willing to put it aside at first! Definitely this one will be joining my rotation!

I loved the core and leg exercises in this DVD. I thought that Amy was very innovative in these two areas. My legs were sore for days after this one. I think the exercise that killed me the most was the squats on the stability ball. OUCH.
