Good morning girls!

1 more day for Stephanie, 6 for Jen!
And I bet Candra goes TOMORROW!!!!!:D

I've been up since 1AM and I am NOT happy about it!:mad: I've been sleeping so good lately and now this again.

I need a labor sign! Lose my mucous plug! Water break! Something!:eek: I know it would technically be a bit early (even for me) but I"M READY!!!! Well, except for the bag-packing part!:eek: We did get the car seat out of the box lastnight though!:p

I have a midwife appt today. The one I'm seeing today is a certified car seat installer so she's installing all of our car seats correctly. 3 in a row!:eek: YIKES! Never really thought we'd see this day!

No other out-of-the-ordinary plans for today. Hope everybody has a good one!
 
Kate - sorry for the lack of sleep, i hope you got a few more hours in.
Your photo link doesnt work! I was all excited and couldnt wait to see your nursery too. It takes you to the main webpage where you join, but no album. Perhaps you could email an invite or give us your album/user name? I've never used that sight before so i dont really know what the options are. I would love to see your nursery!

I'm at work - what else is new?? My partner is here today THANK goodness!!! but im alone again mon/tues..BUT i leave wed for my moms house!!! Yeah! Saturday is my shower, its early but im looking forward to it.

So..i get home from work last nite and in the soon to be nursery i see my car seat/stroller combo with an extra base sitting there in the boxes!! Its one of the more expensive items so i was happy someone bought it for us. Of course..it was from mom :( I wish she would stop spending so much. Its like she's the only getting us gifts for baby. I'll have to tell her thank you. Apparently she told my husband she ordered them to our local store and had him go pick them up. aw, mom..she's the best!

Ok, so today I will be doing a workout, no matter what, so I will be doing PS Legs and Abs and really work it!!!!!

Probably going to take Ms. Heidi to the mall this morning so she can play there at the playground and I need a couple of groceries.

Oh, I can't believe some of your are almost there, this is so exciting!!! I wish you all the best in case your are going today.

Ok, gonna get some breakfast.

Kate-you look great and I love the nursery!! I really like the stripes on the wall. You have the exact same crib that Wilson had but his is now a full size bed:) And I can't have this baby tomorrow, me and the boys have dentist appts:D I am trying to squeeze everything in b/f baby gets here!!

JenM-how exciting to have your stroller and carseat! You are going to get so many great things at your shower:)

I am not working out for the rest of the week. I feel like I have too many other things to get ready and CLEAN! Today Owen has his trike-a-thon at school. It is really cute! The boys just got up, time to get ready for school

Kate- that nursery is SOOO adorable! :) you look super good too! Where did you get your crib? that has a drop down front right?

Jen- sounds great about the carseat
& stroller. I wonder if my folks will splurge some this time? they tend to want to get something big too.

I'm feeling ok today. But still not 100%. I hope one of these days I get some energy back. I'm seriously tired at the end of the day when I usually workout. I never get tired that early. its weird.. sigh. oh well.

Busy morning. I'm trying to finish up around the house before my mom gets here this afternoon and yells at me for doing too much. She's forgotten the nesting urge. She thinks I'm doing it for her and the other relatives that will be here, but I'm doing it for the baby and my own sanity! Blood tests and a chat with anesthesiologist are scheduled for around 11:30 a.m. today. Wish I didn't have to go today AND tomorrow. Can't they do it ALL tomorrow??? UGH!!! Don't they know I'm BUSY!!! LOL

Anyway, hope everyone is having a good day!! I'll hopefully bbl with personals!!
 
Kate, love your babe's room. Amazing! You are one talented mom, I love the one photo where you can see their playyard from the window. And my goodness, you are a gem too---YOU ARE ALL BABY!!!!!!! Thanks for sharing!

Thanks everybody for your sweet comments - I'm feeling chubby in my back and hips! And my triceps did NOT look this big (in a bad way!) before!

At my appt this AM my midwife said she thought baby was going to be on the smaller side (6-7 lbs - yay!) they rub your belly and play with the baby for the longest time every time you go. I love it!

Nap has NOT happened. I'm way too busy nesting!;) The house was pretty unorganized. I got Isabel down for a nap and really wanted to take one too, but Ill just plow thru and try to go to bed early.

Jen~how nice of your mom!! I say get used to it.. those grandmas are just like that. LOL Still trying to get my parents nad the inlaws to back off.. Once the kids are bigger it's toys toys and more toys..

Candra~I hope you get all your stuff done. I am not nesting yet at all.. just no energy to do it. I do have a list for DH though for this weekend.. I say take the week off and try to enjoy this last bit. Not much longer!

Kristine~good lucks w/ PS legs and abs!! I can't wait to really workout hard again and do the abs work... ahhh


Calvillo~ ((hugs)) it does get better.. I hope you get the energy kick back up soon.


Well I had an eventful appt. yesterday. I was only measuring 33 cm and 4 weeks ago I measured 32 cm so the dr. had me go for an us this morning. I am 36 weeks so he said not a big differnece, but since I was measuring right on and all the sudden didn't he just wanted to be safe. Well the u/s went great. She is measuring a week ahead! I swear this pregnancy will be the end of me w/ worry. The tech couldn't tell us anything but gender and sex.. so she then said can you read? She pointed to the screen w/ the measurements and she was at least 37w on everything.. some more than 37w.. also her weight was estimated at 7lbs.. so in 3 more weeks we are looking at 8.5 lbs which is consistant w/ my other 3 kiddos so I am offically not worrying any more. I got again Monday for an appt. and it looks like the c/s will def. be the 20th SO 18 days and counting for me. YAY!!

Kate, I have been really crampy since yesterday. The trike-a-thon was great and it is 90 degrees here. It is supposed to start cooling down this weekend, that means 80's.

Stephanie, I am getting so excited for you!! I can't wait to hear all about your new little boy:)

I just picked Owen up and I am going to try and lay down with him b/f we have to pick up Wilson.

Autumn, I hope you feel better soon,...I had an awful HA this AM---took 2 APAP & 2 IBU + Mt Dw. now I feel better. I'm sure you're medicated, right?

I"m off to do Step Til YOou Drop 2---a Netflix rental.

I spent way too much $ today online. Colored contacts, 30% off Kohls again (some clothes for DH), and Lands End (Kmart workers get 20% off clothes here). Now I officially begin my clothes buying fast!!!!!!! 30 days--November 1st!!!!!
 
Trish, I'm so jealous you got an US! I would love to see her wiggling around in there! I've never had an US past 20weeks. How cool! Glad to hear your mind is at ease.

Melanie, I need to make a Lands End purchase too. Gina needs a new winter coat and snow pants. I always buy them at LE - I *know* she'll keep warm in them.

DH is going to be late tonight. gr. Oh well - hardly ever happens so I can't complain (too much!).

Well, Mom just took the kiddos to her house, and I'm sad. I thought I'd be glad to have the house to myself so I could finish up around here, but I miss them already!

I think the hospital took all of my blood today. Henry watched intently as they took it, so I had to be all nonchalant and casual about it. And I had to tell him about veins, etc. Blech. The anesthesiologist was nice, but she was sick, so I'm hoping she doesn't make me sick tomorrow!

I had to sign the paper approving my tubal too, which has me a bit down. I know that 3 is our magic number, but it seems SO final. Like a chapter of my life is ending. Tearing up, so I'll move on...


Candra--I'm sorry you've been crampy --or is that a good thing? Maybe Kate's right -- maybe tonight??? I've been really crampy today too. But I think mine is nerves.

Kate--Sorry DH will be late tonight. :( I hate it when that happens. My DH is usually late the first of every month, which is his company's busy time. He better not be tonight! He has to mow the lawn and clean the bathrooms! LOL

Autumn--I hope you feel better soon!

Melanie--I'll post pics as soon as I can!! :) (But probably not before next Tuesday.)

Trish--I'm SO glad that your doc's appointment went well and baby is measuring well!!! 8.5 pounds!!! Yey for big babies! I'm hoping mine is a big one too! (easy for me to say--I'm having a c-section :p )

Stephanie~ (hugs) I was going to get a tubal, but I decided against it.. I just can't do it even though I know this is our last. DH is getting the big V. Try to enjoy your last night alone. Maybe you and DH can watch a movie and relax? I bet you are so excited!! I love big babies too. Mine have all been big and since I have c/s i don't mind either. They don't seem as fragile for some reason. My first was big enough he went right to size 1 diapers.. no newborns for him. Crazy!! Good luck tomorrow!!

Kate~it wasn't all that exciting.. she didn't let me see anything till after she did all the measuring.. she had the screen turned away from me. DH wasn't even allowed in till the last 3 mins when she turned the screen so we could see her and really she was SO smooshed in there they didn't get a good face shot. It was nice to see her, but it's not like the 20 weeks where you can get a profile and really see their features.. nose, chin ect.. We got bits and pieces of her face and it was semi distorted because of her being cramped in.. 1 hand was across her forehead and 1 was in her mouth so we got nose and 1 eye that we got a good shot of.. the rest was just sorta blury.. LOL We did get a great pic of right between the legs. DH was quite impressed w/ that. LOL He said it already looks like a woman part.. I said well didn't the boys already look like a boy part?? haha Men.

Melanie~retail therapy is always nice! Step till you drop II 2 is an interesting title. How does netflix work? Is there a large selection of workout tapes? That might be worth it if I can get some good w/out and movies.

Candra~crampy is good.. oh I bet you go sooner than later!!

Autumn~oh man that stinks about the h/a. I hope you are able to get rid of it. CAffiene usually works for me along w/ aleve..
