90/10 Weight Loss Plan by Joy Bauer

I am wondering if people are still doing this plan and what type or results have you gotten? I seen the book at Borders and it caught my eye so I came back and looked at Amazon where they have 2 different 90/10 book and 2 different 90/10 cookbooks - all by Joy Bauer.

Is it easy to stick to? Are the recipes reasonable (easy, use everyday ingredients)?


If anyone can comment on this program, I would greatly appreciate it.

I don't think I've ever seen it discussed here. What's involved? (One I'd follow: 90% exercise, 10% calorie counting.) ;-)

I did see in a couple other discussions that a couple people had done it in the past.
It is a 90% on the healthy eating and 10% fun food. The fun food part though can range from 0% to 20%.
I don't have the book but this is what I got off of Amazon. I am hoping others will chime in.
