Good Morning everyone,
I am about ready to embark on a journey.I am not quite sure when the journey will end.I can't make any promises.
Last night I was going through all of my rotations that I have collected.I came across the 8 week maximum weight loss rotation.I thought that I may give it a try.It seems to be VERY time consuming and I am wondering if anyone here as done it before?
I have worked out in the morning before and then worked out in the evening but only if my schedule let me and if I was feeling up to it.My husband plays hockey and basketball alot so in the evenings he is usually gone for a couple of hours. But the longest part of the workouts are in the morning.Somedays you do weights and cardio, I will have to get up extra early. But I also only go to work 3 mornings a week the other days I don't go in until 1 but then I don't get off until 9.
I am going to try it but I will make my own modifications.Like right now I think I am suppose to do 40 min of aerobics and then 1 hour of weights.( I am not sure if this includes the warm up).I had planned to do rythmic step and then CTX upper body. But I think I may do one of the CTX aerobics and then CTX upper body and then when my husband goes to hockey tonight and my little girl goes to bed I will do Rythmic step.
Sorry this post is so long but I had to say it all.I was wondering if anyone else had done this rotation? What results did you see and did all of this impact have any impast on your knees or ankles? My second workout in the evening is going to be something low impact like Powerstrike or pilates.
Thanks everyone,
C.P
( I know on my last post I signed LORI if anyone noticed. That is my real name but there seems to be a couple of Lori's around here already so I just used my middle intials.)
