It goes against the grain to be skeptical about something Tom has posted, but I am. It's not that I don't think that people his age can be strong and compete, it's that people that age generally do not have such good skin tone. The muscles look real, I just don't believe he's 74 with that skin.

Unless he's been getting HGH (human growth hormone) injections.

ETA: I just checked it out. He's asian. Kind of like "black don't crack," asian skin doesn't necessarily age the same way white skin does. (It seems the lighter the skin tone, the more aging shows on the skin...unfortunately, I'm REALLY pale!)

My friend's father-in-law is from Haiti and he is in his 70's. You wouldn't know it by looking at him and my mouth dropped when she told me his age. With the exception of some fine lines, his skin is pretty smooth. I see this stuff quite often.
