7-19 "ALWAYS BRING TO GYM" Reminders

Hi everyone --

Following up on our earlier post about what you need to bring on Friday, we thought it might be useful to remind you of two essential items that you ALWAYS need to have with you at Cathe's gym during your RT weekend. We won't list the obvious stuff like your toiletries and hair items (see our earlier post and also the Packing List for that) -- these are just critical things you'll need for workouts and activities:

  • A resistance band
  • Workout shoes (bring or wear them on Saturday night too, please, and no, we can't tell you why ;))
And while we're thinking about it, on the other end of the spectrum a NEVER reminder: Please do not EVER wear hard-soled shoes inside Cathe's gym. The three of us have learned that we don't even bring any hard-soled shoes with us to New Jersey. That makes it easy to be sure that whatever shoes we're wearing will be fine if we happen to have them on our feet when we "land" at the gym for any reason!
