Hi Guys,
I didn't have KPC so I did Body Max 2 premix cardio blast instead. I just went and previewed the rotation for next week. I'll be doing the circuit and weight portions of Body Max2 only on Monday, because I don't have the ninety some minutes to do the whole workout, and then I will do the step portion on Thursday, tacked onto the 4DS bootcamp cardio segment. Everything else I will do as is, except my biking will be running instead.
How is everyone doing? How's the detoxing going for you, Galye? Did you find all you needed for back to school?
