I will get us started since I am already up and raring to go.
It was disc 3 legs this morning. Cathe did not lie when she said endurance was the first meso. That was tough...but again I did not feel like I had to scramble this time. Does that mean we are getting tougher, Gayle;).
I think we are having friends over tonight after work. I am tired but maybe some good company is just what I need to get me unwound and ready for a nice relax day tomorrow.

Cendrine I am going to kick up Gayle's recipe again this week. I know I will use rotel instead of salsa but I am not sure what else. I will let yall know what I end up with.

Got to go scrape dh out of bed and get off to work...Have a happy and relaxed day!

Hi, Rachel. Enjoy your company tonight. I DO think that's what you need to help you unwind. I like how you doctored up the salsa chicken wraps. Sometimes instead of salsa, DS likes me to use a package of taco seasoning to make it taste more like taco filling. But I like the idea of adding beans!!! YUM!

I just finished up CCPP on the treadmill. Felt AWESOME!!!!! I had originally planned on doing it on the stationary bike to rest my legs and PF, but I felt good getting out of bed and felt AWESOME the entire run! For an added challenge, I repeated Ch #3 (3 sprints with recoveries) onto the end!!!! LOgged over 7.25 miles, and then I tacked on the STS Extended STretch!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Today's plan: pedicure with my BF at 1pm, DS has a playoff basketball game at 5pm, and my church has their annual picnic/carnival tonight where DS will be working so I'll go and hang out and catch up with some old friends.

Just a quick check in from me. I just finished the last of the 4DS series now have to get moving to get packed up for camping. DH, I and the kids are heading out to camp until Thursday then Friday I'm having 8 kids over for dd's 9th birthday party and I"m taking them all to Build-a-Bear. Then on the Saturday we're heading off to the family cottage again for the August long weekend. So I"m not sure when I'm going to be able to check in again. Have a good weekend everyone!

Hi guys. Just posting real quick before I head out for my pedicure....heaven! LOL I only get them in Spring and Summer and I SOOOOOOOOOOOOO love that 45 minutes of pampering!

My dad stopped by and took my toilet out of the main floor bath. I've been wanting to paint/redo my bathrooms, so this is the start. I now have a toilet in my garage, and a door and huge mirror in my dining room! LOL I will take some time tonight to tape off the room, then paint tomorrow. It will be more than one step, though, because I'm doing the back wall (behind the toilet) maroon and the other 3 walls a tan/brown. But it's small, so I can bang it out FAST! I wasn't really expecting this to happen THIS weekend, but that's fine by me!

OK.....gotta go get my BFF for our Feet Treat!

Gayle

Hey Gayle...It is better than a toilet in your front yard with flowers growing out of it:D
No I do not have a toilet in my front yard with flowers growing out of it. But a couple of houses I have passed by have.
Company will be here any minute. See you tomorrow.

Hi everyone

Late post for me. I did some cleaning and laundry today. My parents came over with my sister's kids. She and her hubby are away for their anniversary. They were over for a few hours swimming in the pool.

I made dinner for the kids. Then I did one of my insanity workouts.
I showered and we are know watching Robin Hood:men in tights. I don't think they are enjoying it too much. And I think they are tired.

Gayle-good luck with your project. You are so motivated. Did you enjoy your ped. I think I am going for one next week. I have a gift certificate and my feet can look pretty for the RT (even though I will probably have on sneakers the whole time-LOL)

Rachel- relax and have fun tonight.

Kim-have a great time camping. It sounds like a blast.

Have a great night

6 more days!!!

Only a quick post from me too. We had a great time at the beach and all came home without a sunburn! That is an accomplishment in itself!

Today went really well portion size wise as well, so I am encouraged!

Everyone enjoy your weekend!
