Good morning, ladies.

Cendrine, if you're having problems with your back, then by all means I say to move onto something else. STS is a great program, but it's not worth BEANS if you get hurt. Listen to your body.

I just got done with Core Max (no equipment) and Stretch Max (with band). Since I got my run in last night, I don't have to do that today and I didn't want anymore impact.

Insomnia hit me last night. I went to bed at 10pm, got up at 12:30 and was up till 3:30, back up for the day at 6:30. We'll see how the day goes! :) I'm hoping to get my car back this morning. I'm walking to the garage in about an hour to check in on it. I'm also going to start packing our stuff today.

Somebody asked about the recovery week after Meso 3. I didn't take one. lol I figured, had I done Meso 3 twice thru, I would be working with weights for 8 straight weeks anyway, right? Plus, I planned to take the week at my sister's my Recovery Week. I will be running in the morning while we're visiting, and I'll throw in push ups and core work, but no weights since my sister doesn't have anything like that at her place. So my Recovery Week will start Monday. Sis is going to show me the new developments and save roads near here house so I can continue with my mileage while away.

Time to get changed. BBL

Kids are really getting into summer holiday mode. It's 9:45 and they're still sleeping!! I just finished disc 33 and 4DS boot camp cardio. I've doubled up workouts yesterday and today so don't have to worry about a workout tomorrow while at my mom's cottage. It's going to be a beautiful day and I'll know we'll be active swimming, waterskiing, walking, canoeing, etc so will get in exercise but won't do a specific workout. Sunday we have to come back early as by sister and I are taking my dd and my niece to the Jonas brothers concert.:cool: I think dd is about excited as I'm dreading it. The things we do for our kinds, hmm.

Not much on the agenda today some stuff around the house to get done and then when DH gets home for work we'll do a quick supper and head up to the lake for the weekend.

Gayle, do you think the insomnia was from running in the evening? Just a thought.

Cendrine I noticed the same thing, that Cathe usually puts a tough leg cardio after a leg workout. It sure makes the workout feel hard but seems to help the DOMS. I've always kept a workout log, it's'just a little notebook that I keep on top of the dvd player. I have a new page for each of Cathe's weight workouts and the exercises listed. I keep a pencil with it and just update the weights everytime I do it so it's ready for the next time I do the workout. I'm kind of debating between the June and July rotation. It would be have fun to have someone to do the rotation with.

Rachael I sure hope you have a break from the heat soon. Is that normal for you?? I can't even imagine. You deserve some treats this weekend!! I've done lots of Cathe's rotations over the years I sure like having a schedule to follow.

Chrissy Hope you have a great weekend! I'll try the answer to your questions.

Hi Guys,

I did disk 33 today. I just realized that the last week of meso 3 is weights from the 2nd workout, so I'm kind of leaning toward finishing the last week. I have been very careful with my lower back and that has not been bothering me, it has been the upper neck and shoulder area that has been giving me trouble, and I don't quite know how to prevent that one...

Kim, it was fun to read that you are an identical triplet! I'm an identical twin...:)
I am planning on doing the June rotation, but I am not starting until August 3rd with it because I am planning on doing a recovery week and then 2 weeks of total body circuits before jumping into the June one. If you can last that long with something else, I would love to do it with you.

Cendrine, where does your twin live?

Actually Aug 3 would be perfect time to start a new rotation as we're going to be on holidays for the last 2 weeks of July. Then the first weekend of Aug is a holiday here. I printed out the June and July rotations and was leaning towards the June one. So starting the June rotation Aug 3 would be perfect!:D:D Unless of course the Aug one looks better;);)

WOW! Both of you are part of a 'multiple'? How cool is that????

I like the sounds of starting a new rotation August 3rd. I'll be home from the Road Trip by then and would LOVE to start a new rotation right away. I like the looks of the June rotation, so that gets MY vote, for what it's worth! :)

Kim and Gayle, how fun, I would love for all of us to do the June rotation in August! The rotation looks really fun to me and I have most of the workouts, unlike the July rotation. I'm tucking that one away for when my birthday and christmas have come and gone....lol!

So, as far as I'm concerned, we're on! Fun, Fun Fun!

Kim, my sister lives in Switzerland. I have not seen her in almost 6 years. We are planning on visiting all my side of the family next summer. My other family members travel to visit us about once a year, but she doesn't travel mostly due to some back issues, unfortunately she is not in good shape and that makes things worse. I'm actually going to skype with her tomorrow, so I get to see her even if it's not in person. Technology has really been doing lots for staying in touch long distance!

Tomorrow is Squat rack legs week 3 for me. Then, because of our midweek trip next week, I'm doing disk 34 on Sunday, followed by 35 and 36 Monday and then Tuesday mornig before we leave. That way I can do cardio at the hotel we are staying at and come back finishing out with Squat rack legs week 4. I have been having a vein show up on my upper arm for a couple of weeks at least. Must be all that heavy lifting...

I hope all you absentee 6monthers are having a great weekend!
