Boy it must have been a busy week for everyone!
I thought I was going to have alot of reading to do since I have not been on since Wed. but nope! It took longer to find our threads than to read them:p

We have been super busy here. I can see the end of the tunnel on this job and it is kind of bitter sweet. Although it is one of the worst run jobs I think we have ever been on, it is kind of nice to get on a job and meet new people and kind of build a commoradary (<----spelling anyone?) with them. You get to joke around and it is not all work. On to the next one though I one guess. It will be a whole batch of new people and new fun I am sure!

I have been sticking with the June rotation all except for the runs and just inserting whatever type cardio that it is calling for. I did do Muscle Max yesterday since it is one of the ones that I ordered and I was amazed at what a good workout it was. I have not done a total body weight workout like this before and I was not expecting anything to be sore and I am really feeling the chest and back. A little tris and bis but not really any legs even though I felt it while I was doing it. As jo would say 'scheeesh' !

Cendrine-You will have to let me know about the groats. I have seen many recipes for that but have never tried it! I too am taking today totally off. I like to have one day to just get everything else done and relax little.

Jo-I am sorry that you did not get any real answers on your migraines. I can only imagine how frustrating that must be! Maybe if you are a glass half full kind of girl you can look at it as 'No news is good news'. I hope you can get that whole insurance thing sorted out. I think they do that to see who will roll over and just except it. It is such a crooked business.

Kim-So how is CLX so far? Are you missing Cathe yet?:D I am really like the schedule of doing the june rotation. This is my first Cathe rotation so I think I am hooked. Plus it gives me an excuse to get more of her dvds.;)

Gayle-Sometimes things just sneak up on us and it sounds like your lack of energy has done just that. Plus you came home and had all these things to prepare for. I hope your sis was surprised and How was the cousins reunion? That sounds like so much fun! Are you going to miss your kids?

Ok to all of the rest of you guys I hope all is going smooth in your weekend. I am off to try to make my house 'look' clean:D

Did a a 5 mile run with my friend this morning. Beautiful morning for running.

Rachael Will you get a break between jobs?? I have been doing Cathe rotations for years and love the structure. Everyone once and awhile I stopped and do a different program like Body for Life or P90X. The change is always refreshing but I always miss Cathe part way through the program. I am enjoying CLX at the moment and already seeing some nice results but I will be back to my Cathe workouts soon enough.:D

Hi All!

restday here for me, just taking the morning easy with a cup of delish tea. If you have the coffe bean and tea leaf where you are you should try the african sunrise tea blend. It is the best tea I have ever had!

Rachel, the buckwheat groats turned out well. I cooked a cup of groats in two cups of milk with 2 tsp of vanilla. When it was cooked I added raisins, cut bananas, pumpkin and sunflower seeds and sweetened it with honey and agave. Everybody liked it. I am now going to try a salty dish by cooking it in stock and then adding veggies etc.

I'm following the june rotation as well with a couple of exceptions to missig dvds. I am going to order the bundle when my birthday money comes in....:) LOL and then I'll have a lot more titles... I'll still be missing some of the newer titles from the hardcore series and another one I can't remember, but I will have lots of new ones to get to know and rotate in! I'm looking forward to it!

Well, I hope you are all having a wonderful weeked! Tomorrow starts off with disk 35! Nothing like start up again full force!!!!!

Slow in here again today!

Kim-It depends, sometimes we might have a long break between jobs and other times when we really need the break, we go right to the next one without skipping a beat. I don't mind though. It keeps me in good shape. I tend to eat more if we are off. That is something I really need to work on.

Cendrine-I really like this rotation. The way it is switching up my schedule. I was always weights on tues., thurs, and sat. and cardio on mon. wed and fri. So I like how it is taking me out of my normal routine and switching things up a bit. The groats sound good. When I have some days off I am going to have to experiment. I have still not been able to make your quiche yet!

So far today I have made some healthy quesadillas that I freeze for quick dinners and I have another rendition of Gayles salsa chick wraps in the crockpot. I have also made my house look clean;) and now I am thinking about lunch...Other than that it has been pretty relaxing with nothing on the schedule .

I was going to ask did any of you watch The Next Food Network Star...?

By for now!

Rachel
