2 weeks of Disney LOL!
I love that! Hey, I'm gonna make a plan like that someday!
I still remember 9/11 too. I had not been watching any news on the tv or listening to the radio and I was busy getting my classroom ready for the day. Then my students come in and tell me that some bad people had flown a plane into the twin towers. It didn't register with me for some reason. But boy, when I saw the footage it was so unreal!
Kim, let me know how you like Insanity. I watched some previews online and it seems like a more intense workout than any bootcamp ones I've done and i wasn't sure I would enjoy them! But maybe the lack of weights might help balance it out a bit? Not that it would be easier, but just different hard... Anyway, on the fence about it and waiting to hear more people's opinions whoave done it.
Jo, it's so cool that you have all Cathe's dvd's... I am slowly working my way up too! I have a wishlist, believe it or not, after just getting a bundle... Unfortunately the rest of the dvds are not part of a bundle, that is, I would get too many repeats so I have to buy them all individually...which will make it more pricey....
Workout was all step from cross train express today. I thought I did it a couple of days ago but remember I did step and intervals instead because my shoulders were still sore from something. So I did all step today and after doing the shoulders and abs, I decided to do half of the step portion again because I like to work out for a full hour. So I did and I felt great about doing it. Sometimes I let myself get away with shorter workouts because the dvd is short and don't add on anything, but I think in the future I will always make up the difference, it felt so good!
