6-day split???

I received my copy of Fitness RX yesterday, and in Jackie's column she said she does a 6-day split. I was wondering if anyone has ever done this type of split and what your results were. I am considering doing this with STS Meso 1.

I am a huge fan of 6 day splits!! This is the way I normally train as my standard way for weight work and have been for years.

For me, I love being able to only focus on one bodypart/day and completely exhausting it.

The downside is that you have to commit to 6 days of strength training, which isn't always easy to do if you don't have a schedule that can work it.

I don't have STS, but have done a 6 day split with Slow and Heavy and also w/ Gym Styles.
I would do one bodypart from the DVD and then add on some cardio... It worked great!
