Good morning!

Today's workout was a 6 mile run followed by chest and back. My hips have major soreness from those sprints I did over the weekend. Feels good to be sore!

Good Morning,

Tonite is Lean Circuit 1. DH and I went for a walk last nite and he is 6ft compared to my 5ft so you know how fast I had to walk to keep up with him I ended up with a major shin splint.

Lourdes-good job on the run you will be ready for this Sat.
 
Hi ladies. I did one of the premixes from KPC that also included abs then I did STS plyo legs. My legs now feel like jello! So glad I took one more day off before getting back to work 'cause I'm not sure I could walk into the building at this point. Sadly, I have ton of post-vacation chores and errands ugh.
