5ft 3 and under June 16

Well yesterday I ended up doing 40 mins of SB then biceps, triceps, shoulders. Today will be cardio only. Planning on 30 mins on treadmill with coworker then go home and do 30 mins of step (prob Imax 2) and abs.

Finally got power back this am wanted to do Imax 2 1-5 but wasn't able to don't know if I will do it tonite my mom is going to be here, haven't seen her since christmas.
 
I am planning on 1-5 too! LOL great minds think alike I suppose (that and I hate #9).

I did 1 hour of yoga before going to bed. I will probably do a step dvd this evening. Imax 2 sounds good, why not? :D See you gals at the sweatfest lol!

Are any of you members of the human sprinkler club? Its an imaginary club of mine. I know there must be others who turn into human sprinklers when they do Cathe step workouts :eek:
 
I'm a member! I even keep a box fan on me for air circulation. I'm that way when I exercise at all though. I don't know how some people can exercise and never break a sweat at all. I sweat enough for 2! LOL

Ok, ended up doing a full 50 mins at the gym rather than 30 at gym and 30 step. I'll probably run and do Imax 2 on Thurs.

Hello,

It's been a crazy week here at the Layton's, from the air conditioner breaking down, to dentist appointments, etc... Yesterdays workout was a 6 mile run followed by abs, todays workout was legs followed by a 5 mile intreval run on incline of 10%. Have a good night everyone!
