55 minute tops workouts with cathe/TJ

I am starting a full time job in 2 weeks and I really need to shave my workout time down to about 55 minutes total including stretch. Can you please give me some good suggestions for this amount of time. I typically like to do abs on my cardio day but I am open to doing them on my weights day. I remember seeing a couple months ago that someone had posted 45 minute workouts with the new series. These would work good with just adding on abs, but I don't know where that thread is. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
 
kristie-I'm not sure about the post concerning the new workouts, but my favorite weight workouts that clock in under an hour including a stretch are The Pyramids. My fave!

I rarely workout more than one hour a day. As a matter of fact, I try to workout in 55 minutes or less including stretch. When I do abs, I do them at a seperate time from my workout so I have a longer time for cardio or weights. Also, I edit the workouts to be the amount of time I need. For example, in Step Blast, I might skip the warmup and do some stretches a little into the first combo. This may not proper warmup, but it works for me. As for weights, I might do all but one body part and do that later in the day, usually it isn't that long so I don't feel like I am working out twice. I hope this helps. Melissa
