Good Afternoon all!
I did not get to the boards yesterday.. DH and I went to a Daylily farm and a Hosta farm. We bought 8 day lilies and 3 Hostas.. had to get them in the ground this morning so that is why I am a little late getting here. I still managed to do SH Legs and Shoulders before we went to the yard. I knew that if I put it off, after planting I would never get back to it.. now it's house work x( We also ate lunch in Rochester at the Dinosauer Bar.. great pulled pork, mac & cheese! My cheat meal for the week!
Susan: you will love Kick, Punch & Crunch.. Comes with Legs & Glutes too. if you get the DVD, it has some good pre-mixes. I like the Kicking & Punching combos only one.. no impact!
Josie: I can;t imaging running on sand dunes! Wow you are awesome!
Garance: the new TV sounds great. It will be almost like you are in the room with Cathe and crew! I belive I have that issue of More.. is it the JUly/August one? I decided not to get the subscription, and buy it when I see it has something I am interested in. Hollyhocks.. mmm.. I may need to look into those. Hope your bone density test comes out good.. I am on Fosamax each week.. Osteopenia (sp?)
Jen: the Classical Stretch sounds great..which 3 do you have? these maybe a good sub for the stretch in P90X which I hated! I hate his yoga workout too! I will look at her website again..
Rhonda: too bad about the deer and daylilies.. the only critter we get here is rabbits! there are more rabbits in our neighborhood than squirrels! Sounds like you had a good workout with BM2.
Cathy: Sad about your grandchildren crying when you leave... but at least you had a good time..the pictures are so cute! .Yes, CTX is a cross trainer type series, but lots of high impact.. I may use it next after my SH rotation, but only use the weight parts and sub my own cardio.
