Good Morning !
Well I did the new Kickbox/legs DVD this morning. I did 23 minutes of the Kickbox routine then the leg work. I did core yesterday so I skipped that and went to the cool down. I really like this kickbox workout, at least what I saw in the first 23 minutes. Not real dancy, or complicated, just straight forward kickbox. I had to modify a lot of jumping jacks but that's ok. Cathe does show a modification for about 3 seconds!;-) .
Todays Menu:
Post Workout: Protein drink with ice/water
B: Cherrios with strawberries and skim milk
S: cottage cheese w/applesauce
L: chicken on WW, grapes, skim milk
S: apple & stringster
D: Lean Cuisine or Smart Ones
S: Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich:9

I hope you are ready to be dismissed from your PT. How are you feeling when you are just doing normal day to day things? are you in any pain? I hope it works out with the lay off. Can they lay off someone on partial disability?

Good for you on mastering the step parts from the new workouts! I just don;t have the patience! I like the warm up from the LIS one, not too complicated, then I go right to the weights;-) . I watched DWTS tape last night, will watch the results tonight so I don;t know who was voted off yet. I find that the music in this season is not very motivating..I really don;t look forward to certain couples like I did last season. At least you are happy at the plateau you stopped at! I have 15 more pounds to go!x( Have a great trip!

Glad you are feeling better. Let us know what you think of the new workouts once you preview or do them. Why are our bodies hanging on to the weight? Is it because we need to eat more? I need to do some internet research!

I am in Buffalo, I think Nancy lives in Ny city. Maybe I know some of the people at he wedding.. such a small world! You too are sick? what is happening to our crowd? Maybe it is the change in seasons. Losing a pound is great!!:7
