Good Morning!
Not sure who is watching Dancing With the Stars, but there was a shocking twist as the most "dance talented" star, Sabrina was voted off last night! I have not watched my tape, but saw a teaser on MSN and could't resist reading it. I thought for sure she would be in the finals. I guess the "cheetah girl" fan base isn't that great.. as Garance said, "what is a cheetah girl anyway?" or something like that!
Today I did the 4DS Kickbox for 22 minutes then did the leg part of the workout.. 57 minutes 331 calories. I am wiped out, in a good way.;-)
Todays Menu:
Post Workout: Protein drink with water/ice
B- Cheerios with strawberries & skim milk
s: L/F cottage cheese w/applesauce
L: Ham on WW, grapes, skim milk
S: apple & LF triskets
D: roast beef sandwichs, ( something fast before the kids start coming)
S: Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich or WW ice cream bar

Good luck with the layoff situation.. we are rooting for you! I hope your surgery goes well and you are able to get back to using your thumb again.

You will have to let us know what you dressed up as! :7 Your menu sounded good until the pie/ice cream! You have the same problem I have... I have to have something sweet afer dinner. I can go all day and not have any sweets, but after dinner is a killer time for me. The WW bars do the trick.
Garance: I am sure you are resting from the trip... and recovering from the fall..
