The people who purchased the nutrition software when it first came out was given 3 hours with their purchase. No problem. That offer was over 2 years ago. :rolleyes:

HMMM, just looking at my w/out calendars and last month i had 6 rest days, this month i had 10, so why am i so tired so much of the time. if i had 10 rest days this month, i should be refreshed shoudn't i?
 
Cathy sounds like you have a good plan for new home. I hope that way you get exactly what you want.

Jann No idea what I want to down load yet. It does seem to be a great idea to make wo exactly what you want.

I started babysitting today so no time for anything.

Yesterday I spent most of the time taking off wallpaper. There were several spots of the liner and glue from the wallpaper from the time before that didn't get taken off. Yes I got lazy since we were just going to wallpaper. Of course we put sizing/primer over it making it even harder to get off now. My fingernails are ragged since that seemed to be the only way to get it off. The putty knife usually works but since this was painted on I needed fingernails. Why did I decided to paint this time?

I have gotten 1 hour a day of walking in for the last three days.

Hi, Y'all!

I have been doing Miranda Esmonde-White's Back Pain Relief yesterday and today, and it worked. Depending on how I am in the morning, I may start the Back Pain Prevention workout for a week or so before I try diving back into my regular routine.

Cathy I have Cardio Explosion. It's a good one. I am not a fan of Allison but this one is pretty good -- not as dancy as most of her workouts usually are.
