Hey there, workout friends! I'm sorry I've been MIA - I should have known it would be like this, it's October! We have such a bunch of stuff ALWAYS in October. DH's birthday (Which was on my Sister's wedding day this year!), Isabella's birthday, my birthday coming up....And I'm back Cantoring at church, too. Here's what we did this past weekend. Thursday we took the kids to the pumpkin patch. Friday kids were off school and parent/teacher conferences were held. That night we took the kids to Columbia for Boo at the Zoo and they had a blast trick or treating through the zoo, there was a dance party (which my daughter Bella LOVED!), and alot of other really cool stuff. On Saturday, DH took Bella riding on the quad, then that night everyone carved their pumpkins. Yesterday (after cantoring at church) we went to a Civil War Re-Enactment in Historic Brattonsville. VERY LOUD! After that, we came home and watched the Steeler game....which was also intense, but they won (Yeay!!). Now today, it's trying to get back to normal. I'm tired just typing that out. But, it was a very fun weekend for everybody.
My workouts haven't been so great, the only Cathe I did was High Step Challenge Timesaver one day last week. I'm in search of a new direction and goal so I can find a rotation to really jump into. Don't think I'll be going back to STS until we get the Cardio workouts to go with them.
Jann, I'll be keeping you and you're husband in my prayers - I hope he's doing well under the circumstances.
Beth - I love getting FIRED UP about a new direction to try, it's really exciting when you have that energy going. Do let us know how it goes for you, please.
Magnolia, way to go with the workout. I remember some of my weights seemed off around there, too. I thought the workout manager had it in for me! Hopefully, you've got it straightened out now, huh?
I'm not going to stay long, I'm off to peruse the rotations forum and see if anything peaks my interest! Wish me luck,
