A Question

Hi, Ladies.

I thought I had pre-ordered Shock Cardio a while back, but I keep a folder of order confirmations and can't find one for it. I know that when I order something from ShopCathe.com, they always send an order confirmation. When you ladies placed your pre-orders, did they send you confirmations? Maybe I just thought I ordered it.

When I pre-ordered Shock Cardio last March, I did get an email confirmation.

Jann - My yorkie is a big girl (12 lbs) and none of it is fat. She is cute and adorable and I wouldn't want her any other way.

Magnolia - We are on our third generation of pets. The Yorkie is our first dog...we have always been cat people. It hurts terribly when you lose a beloved pet. I'm still mourning the lose of two Siamese cats that pasted away 6 months from each other and that was three years ago. They were the best cats ever. Each pet has their own unique personality that brings fun and joy my life.

Beth - It's great that your son is showing interest in exercise. You are a good influence on his life being a great role-model. Since my daughter no longer dances ballet she started to workout at home with DVDs...she was impressed with my results from exercising at home.

Joan - AWT is Aerobic Weight Training.

I did all of my scheduled workouts for this week. This is the first time in about 3 weeks. Now I need to concentrate on my eating habits. I have gained back 4.5 pounds. I'm fine until around 2:00 pm and then I just want to raid the kitchen. It's not cookies and candy...it's the mixed nuts and no will power.

Mixed nuts has been my problem, too! :eek: Even though lately I have been really good. I don't keep many chips, crackers or cookies around, because I know I'll eat them. As for those hundred calorie packs, I don't buy very many of those either. It's just as easy to open two as it is to open one :confused:, even though I think those work for a lot of people.

I have been doing Paul McKenna's "I Can Make You Thin" for about a month or so now. I weighed about a week or so after I started, and I had lost 3 lbs. at that time. Now I always eat only when I'm physically hungry, I eat very slowly and enjoy my food, and I stop when I've had enough. I usually leave food on my plate with this method, and the best thing is that I eat whatever I want (I naturally prefer healthier food, anyway). For some reason, I don't go into a binge mode, either, so the mixed nuts last a lot longer. I haven't weighed lately, but yesterday I put on a pair of jeans I bought during the summer, and they were a little more baggy than they were then. I know I sound like some sort of ad, but honestly this is the most common sense and enjoyable thing I've done. I sure hope it's working, but I don't weigh very much so the way my clothes fit is my only measure.
