50 and over week of June 8 check in

Good afternoon Tricia, Beth, Jann , Magnolia and Cathy,

I finished disc 14 yesterday. Liked the set up of the exercises, but I'm not sure I can do them again. Today I spent about 3 hours with ice packs on knees and have taken advil twice. I used 17lbs for deadlifts and 16lbs for calf. I think all the rest used 12lb weights. The weights were definitely not too heavy. I may have to do floor exercises and go back to the gym for leg presses. I'm not sure I will get BB step blast in today.

I did StepBlast today and man, it was so much FUN!! I was truckin' through it, having fun and glistening profusely I must say. Don't you just love it when your workout is kicking your butt, and you don't mind a bit? I feel much stronger cardio-wise, is that due to STS? I don't know, but I'm happy about it!

Joan, sorry to hear about the 3 hours of ice you had to endure today - Hopefully, you'll bounce back easily.

I hope everyone else had a good day, I'm off to enjoy some more HOCKEY HIGHLIGHTS!!

My knees are ok now. I guess I will do disc 15 today and not worry about cardio I missed.

I still have a lot of work to finish before tomorrow.
