50 and over week of June 22 check in

I decided to try HC kickmax/bootcamp. Is Cathe crazy???? I modified 80% of it and I am still a puddle of sweat. At least now I'm tired. That's it for tonight.

Yay Joan!

Just finished disc 21. Done for the week. We had a good get-away and now I am paying for it -- we ate our way through PA and NJ. :( Back on track today!
 
tricia, i love NC. i have family in granite falls, and the rest of my family is in johnson city, tn. that is where we are from. and i am down here baking to death in s. texas, wishing i was up in the mountains instead.

ok, my fellow fiftiers, i am in major pain today. i did HIIT on my son's treadmill yesterday. 25m including w/u & c/d. think i went too hard. when i was done , it took me 20m to recover and was dizzy and really pukey. and today, my legs and feet are hurtin' bad. what do ya'll do for HIIT? or do you do it? i don't think i want to do that again. it hurts.
