Last night I did Firm Boot Camp-Max Cal Burn and Christi Taylor-Still Jumpin'. Both are way easy, but fun anyway. I also did about 45 min Wii DDR. I'm still deciding what to do today.

Ladies, you have inspired me. I decided to try a pre-mix from Low Impact Circuit yesterday, Total Body Sculpt. I had to stop several times, but aside from that, I made it all the way through just fine and am feeling it in my biceps today! I was pretty wiped out after that, but have decided that I need to kick my rotation up a notch. I will probably have to continue to stick with the shorter workouts until the holidays are over, but I think throwing in a pre-mix once a week might work.

Hi Jann, Bev and Magnolia,
I finally felt alive at about 10:00 last night and did 3.25 mi on treadmill. I won't even tell you how long it took. I think we can consider it a stroll instead of a walk, but at least I did something.
magnolia- I usually start with full wo on dvd and tell myself I will stop if I want but usually I do the whole thing.
Jann - I can't believe you can jump back in almost full steam into lifting. I know you have made modifications, but still I'm impressed. Especially since I am falling down on the job with my wo. I did lose 3 lbs from the fever, but I probably will gain all back.
Bev-I probably can be good at party tonight, because I ate too many cookies. I baked for the cookie exchange tomorrow and ate my share today.:eek:
We went out to eat last night, but no drinking so total calories ok.
I may splurge with one drink tonight because it is my husband's company party and it's not my favorite thing.

Joan – 3 pounds is very good! Maybe those pounds will stay away. :D Thanks. It feels so good picking up weights again.

Magnolia – I think premixes are a very good thing. I know I’ll be doing them for a while yet. :)

Bev – I sent you the Cathe classification sheet. Please let me know what you think and if there is any thing I could add to make if better. Saturday I had a hair appointment so I had to get moving early :eek: if I don’t do it first thing the workout won’t get done.
I am a morning person.

Today I did a 35 minute walk on the treadmill then some upper body.
 
Jann, thanks for the premix list--it's just great! It is so nice to know how long they are when deciding on a workout. I didn't see 4DS on the list, or did I miss it? I did put a list of the premixes and times in the DVD cover of that one because I did it so often when I first got it.
