Jann, walking always helps, and it was a life saver yesterday. I have just really hated that there have not been enough good days weather-wise for me to have walked as much as I would have liked. It's been too hot and humid lately! It's cool today, but also rainy. Not sure what I'm doing today, but maybe I'll check in again later. I have depression, I think it's hereditary--my mother suffered from it and so did one of my aunts. My way of dealing with it is to make working out a priority. Then I have no problems sleeping at night and all else seems to fall into place.
Cathy, have a great weekend at the horse show, sounds like work but fun.
