Good Morning to all!

It's Thursday, one more day 'til the weekend!:7 . Today I did 35 minutes with I-Tread, then the Triceps and Biceps from the new workout. I like the weights in this series. Cathe has really tried to introduce new things which I think were needed. Finally the weight has moved!!! woo hoo:7. Maybe it was TTOTM.. do you still get that after menopause? LOL

Todays Menu:
Post Workout: Protein drink with ice/water
B: Cherrios with strawberries and skim milk
S: cottage cheese w/applesauce
L: Ham on WW, grapes, skim milk
S: apple & stringster
D: Not sure yet
S: Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich

Nancy:
I love dog training and showing. If it made any money, that would have been my career choice. Instead it is a hobby and almost a way of life around here! We are just the opposite.. I have done I-Trains, but no Cardio Coach..

Linny:
Smith's? I don't know any.. I agree I would probably be able to do a Kelly Roberts step workout. She is not too complicated. Your menu looks good until you get to that apple crisp! LOL.. I do that when there is something unhealthy around.. eat it all so it goes away! :+
Hope DH appreciated the nice dinner.

Josie, Jen, Garance ( wherever you are at the moment), have a great day!

Deb;-)

Good Morning Deb and those to follow:
Well its another raining day today, but thats ok I have to work anyway. I wish I could send some to California, they need it.
Deb: I won some Amy Bento dvds on ebay, have you ever done her workouts? I heard she is a good instructor and pretty easy to follow.
Heres menu from yesterday:
Spec K w/milk
slimfast bar
2 LIndt choc's
Beef dish w/ mashed potato and asparagus
skinny cow cone
I'll check in later~Linny~

Happy Thursday, All,

Deb, I am in pain in the mid-back almost all the time, but I think this is just going to take time. The neck is much better and the lower back is about 50 percent better. I really think moving around more and being able to do exercise DVDs may help the situation. If nothing else, it will probably tell me something definitive.

Linny, I have an Amy Bento DVD. I like her a lot, but I didn't find her that easy to follow the first couple of times. She throws things at you really quickly, but it's not as bad as Christi Taylor. She does fun stuff and the music is great. Also, she has tons of premixes, some of which include pieces from other DVDs!

Deb, and anyone else who has the new Cathes, what do you think of the music? Also, I've read there are some weird camera angles - are they bothersome enough to make you dizzy or nauseous?

Have a wonderful day,
Jen
