Good morning to all:

Everyone must have had a great weekend. Garance and I were the only ones here.

Today was I-Tread 30 minute interval walk, plus Abs Of Steel 3. 47 min, 278 calories.

My computer is back to normal. It was the Norton anti-virus softwear that was causing all the problems. I got rid of it and installed Spy Sweeper w/Anti-Virus. I did a full system scan afterwards and it found 14 virus'!x(

Todays Menu:
Post workout protein shake
B: Cherrios w strawberries and skim milk
S: LF Yogurt
L: Ham on WW bread, grapes, skim milk
S: Apple w/stringter cheese
D: Leftover chicken parm ( I know, not good but I only ate half the other day!)
S: lim a Bear bar

Garance:
Youza! all of Butts & Gutts? we are going to call you "Wonder Woman" from this point on!:7 . That is one long workout! How do you feel today? Your class sounds interesting. I don;t remember this type of class when I went to college, but again, I was a social welfare major ( did not end up with anything to do with this, and did not finish). It's ok to eat cake on your DH's birthday!

Jen: check in and let us know how you are doing and how the MRI turned out.

Josie: how are you?

Have a great day!
Deb;-)

Hi Deb and those to follow:

I'm fine, I tried not to think too much about my friend and did my run and sand dunes on Sunday. I feel much better today.

Deb, I will be running a half marathon on October 21 in San Francisco and a full marathon on January 6th in Orange County.

Today I will be doing my full body weight workout no cardio today.

Have a great day everyone!

Josie

Hi Deb and Josie and later posters--

Today I did Kimberly Spreen's Cardio Camp workout, which alternates hi-lo aerobics with kickbox. It's fun and about 60 minutes long if you leave out the legwork, which I definitely did, given my B & G experience. Major DOMs this morning.

Another beautiful fall day here--actually, more Indian summer than fall, but the nights cool down wonderfully.

Sushi last night and Manhattans.

I am so bummed out by the Red Sox. The Yanks are breathing down their necks in the homestretch.

Good for you, Josie. I used to run in my 30s, but I just cannot do that to my knees anymore.

Back to paper grading. I have to say, this is the one part of teaching that will probably make me retire. It's my least favorite task, even though I recognize how important it is.

Hi Ladies:
Deb: Wow!Sounds like old Norton wasn't doing his "job". Glad you got your computer straightened out. Your menus always look so yummy(and good for you).
Josie: Glad you're feeling better. We'll be rooting for you during your marathon. Just remind us when it comes.
Garance: I actually live in coastal NH. It was in the 80's today, tomorrow we may hit 90's. I have never had sushi, not sure if I'd be even willing to try it. Cold, raw fish just doesn't sound appealing to me. Now the manhattans are a different story:)
Hope your papergrading goes quickly and painless. Have a good night ladies.~Linny~
