Cathlete
Good morning to all,

I hope everyone had a great weekend, Today was cardio, so it was the 40 minute I-Tread. I have to download some others since I can parrot this one along with Grace! It's almost like knowing all the words to a song.

My dog club is holding our annual AKC Obedience trial in September and I have the job of Chief Ring Steward. I have to get all the workers that help the judges in all the classes. This is what I have been working on along with being on vacation. I can;t wait until it is over!

Garance:
I don't remember the name of the dancer from here either! Oh well he didn't make it anyway. Thanks for the review of the movie. We will watch for it here. LOL at your description of the "latest fashion".. What they won;t think of next?

Linny:
Yes the I-Train site has I-Cycle which is for stationery bikes. Lots of different ones with different lengths etc. Hope you can slowly taper off the meds so you can get back on track. Don't beat yourself up too much. You really had a rough time with the hive situation.

Jen:
We all need to keep praying that Dean does not do damage in your area or others. I like the length of Push/Pull, but when I am done, I don;t feel like I did enough for some reason.

Rhonda:
Good luck with your first day back. Do they let you go in only once a month at WW? do you still have to pay the weekly amount?

Have a great day!

Deb ;-)

Good Morning Deb and those that follow:
Saw my oldest son and 2 granddaughters this weekend, they are getting so big. They showed me a site called jibjab that you can cut out pictures of people's heads and attach them to different bodies dancing. I nearly peed my pants. My daughter had done one of her boyfriend and brother doing the Hula.
I did Lowmax today and tris. I weighed myself today, I'm at an alltime high.160!Ouch!! I have vowed that I WILL lose 25pds by Feb. That will be 6 mos from now.
Deb:I will have to go to the site and check it out. I have a Spinner that just sitting in son's old bedroom, I'd like to start using it again. I'm trying not to beat myself up about the weight gain. But I'm starting to get shortness of breath just going up stairs. Hope your Obedience trial is over soon. Good Luck!
Garance: I wouldn't dare wear a bubble dress. It would show off my bubble butt even more.
Jen: Looks like Dean is going more to the south. Will be thinking and praying for you.
Rhonda: Hard to believe school is starting back up again. Wow did the summer fly. Good Luck with WW. I had lost 20pds when I did the online program.
Well I'll check in later~Linny~

Hi Deb and Linny and later posters--

Today I took out Pure Strength CST, which I haven't done, literally, in years. It seemed really short--but effective. Tomorrow I will do all-cardio. I think I will pull out another oldie.

It feels like fall here in western Massachusetts--only in the 60s. Student athletes are here, I think, for pre-season training.

Linny, don't be too hard on yourself about the weight. You might try South Beach for a few weeks to shake off some fast pounds at the beginning. It really worked for me--and I haven't gained those 12 lbs. back.

I made a Rachel Ray recipe last night--Italian sub stoup. It was really tasty. I wanted to use up some leftover ham. It also calls for 1/4 lb. pepperoni and 3/4 pound Italian sausage. I really drained the fat, and I threw in extra veggies from the garden. I think we'll be eating it 2 more times, and I will still have some left to freeze. It's a BIG recipe.

Watched the first half of Seven Samurai last night. I am teaching it this fall. What a great film! Kurosawa rules!

Jen, I hope Dean leaves you alone. He looks mean on the news.

Survived the first day back at school. I was in boring meetings all day, just itching to get up and do 25 jumping jacks. I had to wait until I got home. Did GS BSB and alot of stretching.

At Weight Watchers, when you reach goal, go through maintenace, and become a lifetime member, you are supposed to get weighed monthly to monitor any weight gain so you can stop it when it starts. As long as you are within a few pounds of your goal, it is free. If you go more than a few pounds above goal, you pay weekly until you get your weight under control again.

Going to get in the hot tub. I ache from so much sitting today. Typically I am on my feet, up and down all day. My body feels better with varied activity.

It was cool and dreary here today, in the seventies. Supposed to be back in the 90 by the end of the week.

Regards,

Rhonda
