Good Morning!

Today was cardio with a 40 minute I-Tread. My HRM crapped out at some point when I looked it was reading a 0.0 heart ratex( . Then it finally woke up and had a regular reading. Not sure what this can be since I replaced the battery in August. It's not quite 2 years old. Anyone else ever have this happen?

I did not end up having Indian food yesterday, my friend had to cancel lunch, so I went to Tim Horton's and had a bowl of soup and a chicken fajita wrap. :9

Post workout: protein shake
B- cherrios w/strawberries, skim milk
s: LF Yogurt
L: ham on WW, grapes, skim milk
S: cottage cheese w/ applesauce
D: Chicken soup made by DH yesterday.
S: Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich or WW ice cream bar

Garance: HAPPY BIRTHDAY! I hope you enjoyed the lobster. I bet that sweater is very pretty. ;-)

I hope you don;t end up having to do that electrical work LOL!

Have a safe drive. I bet you are anxious to see that little one!

Linny: Josie can confirm this ..they were saying on the radio yesterday that the fires were started by a 10 year old boy playing with matches?.. yes a great Valentine gift to me from me!;-)

DH is going hunting this afternoon, and will be gone until late Sunday. I will be just doing things around here that I never seem to get to!

Happy Friday, All,

It's 40 degrees this morning, clear, no wind, with a predicted high of 75. Houston doesn't get too many perfect days, so I'm thrilled I'm off today.

The wiring did take all day, but it was interesting - I learned a lot. I climbed up and down the ladder, wired some of the jacks, and was actually helpful. Garance, I don't think my friend was goading me into proving something to myself, because he seemed genuinely shocked when he realized I wasn't kidding about helping him yesterday - on the way home, he mentioned about 3 times that I was actually helpful and that his 2-day job just took one day. I definitely wouldn't want to do it for a living though - I think it would get boring in a hurry. He said it was the least-favorite part of his job. He'd much rather be programming or troubleshooting.

Today I think I'll go for a walk in this amazing weather instead of doing a DVD.

Hi Ladies,

Today is my day off. My DH is arriving this evening from Chicago, and I need to pick my daughter up from cheerleading practice at 5:00.

I wish that I could just go home, I have been tired all week and don't know why. I have been taking my vitamins and eating and sleeping well. Who knows what is going on with my body!

This weekend I will be running 11 miles on Saturday and I don't know what I will do on Sunday morning since I will be in San Diego.

Jen, The weather here has been very nice also.

Deb, Your HRM might just need a new battery. That happened to me before.
