Hey Ladies, where is everyone!

Anyway, my check in for the past weekend was Turbo Jam, which I hadn't done in a while and I just love it! I got a bit tired of the step workouts and decided I needed a change and did that workout and boy was I sore from all the cool moves! I will be doing that for a while.

Worked in our backyard shoveling dirt and digging holes so that was my upper body workout. Will probably walk after work today.

Anyone else?

HI Tina,

I was on vacation last week had my grandson over the whole week.
I did manage to run a couple of days. I did not gain any weight at least. Today will be my bootcamp day.
 
Where are you ladies,

I ran yesterday and today I will be running and doing the stairs at work. I will also be taking my bootcamp class tonight.

I have lost a total of 9 pounds as of today.

Hi Ladies: Back from California. Glad I didn;t fly in on sunday to DC, heard it was a big mess. We're getting some serious flooding in NH.I've been very lucky but others have lost homes or their roads are closed so they can't get home.
I've lost 2pds since coming home saturday. Quite a few to go: (
I did Rhythmic Step and Biceps today.~Linny~

Josie: I loved California, the weather was beautiful(high 60s and low 70s). It was like being in paradise. Then I had to come home to rain and flooding: (

Hi Linny,

I'm glad that you had a good time in California. Today is my day off and I mean off! Tomorrow I will be pacing the 5 mile 10 minute pace group, and Sunday I might run 6 miles or more. Tomorrow is my 17th anniversary and my husband and I plan on going out to dinner and dancing. I consider dancing par of my workout.
