Good Morning Ladis,

I hope that everyone had a nice weekend. Today I will start my bootcamp class again. This session will last for 5 week, I will keep you posted on by progress. My clean eating is going well I did have a not so clean meal last night, but as of this morning I had lost 3lbs.

Hi Josie.

Today was Butts and Gutts. I ran 2.8 miles on Sat. Food was good until yeasterday. I had lost 3# but yesterday was a "pity" day and I over ate.
Back on track today.

Hi Ladies!

Well I lost a whole pound! Eating isn't good but I am walking/running alot. 3.4 miles on Thursday, 3.4 on Saturday. Had a killer headache yesterday so I didn't do anything. Tonight will be another 3.4 miles.

In-N-Out on Sunday and I got a bad stomach ache. I don't think my system likes the fast food too much anymore. Of course, I could have just had a cheeseburger but no I had to have a double double with fries. We bbq hotdogs on Friday so that was a big no no, but they were great!

I don't own a scale and I weigh myself once in a while at work. It doesn't move so much but my clothes are getting bigger so I guess that is a good thing. I probably should get one so I know my true weight without clothes on.

HI Tina.

Well I ran non stop for 3 miles today and did a long stretch.

I can't eat fast food at all or I get sick but I do have a problem with sweets.

Hi Ladies,

No workout for me today. I have been in meetings all day and I have another meeting to go to tonight from 6:30 to 8:30. I guess I will have to do a double workout tomorrow.

Have a nice evening everyone. Do a couple of sit-ups for me.

Hi Ladies:
I have been faithfully working out daily. Today was Rhythmic Step and shoulders. Tomorrow is day off from work so I work out a little longer. Helping my son clean out his apt. tomorrow he is moving in with his father.OH BOY!
I was reading some success stories and someone had purchased cd's by Tom Nicoli on weight loss. I've been listening to Stop late snacking cd and it seems to have helped last 3 nights.I'll keep you updated.~Linda~
 
Wow! What a bad week and weekend I had! Only walked once last week and the rest of the week is just a blur! Eating was really really bad again so now I have to get off my big know you what and get serious!

Will start a rotation today, have to figure which one first. I figure the days I don't walk/run I can do another workout from the rotation. I just love doing my walks outside with my tunes blasting in my ears. People must think I am strange dancing down the street sometimes.

I need to get my eating under control too. Hubby's bday was yesterday so we went out to breakfast and dinner then we had chocolate cake! I went to bed sick!

So Let's get ready to rumble!!!!!

i finally am getting back on track

after a week of no exersize except for a few aborted attemts i finally got a couple of days in at about 20 mins and then yesterday a full hour of Cathe's Triceps and Biceps
So, Tina thats a start and you have been so good, lets rumble together
 
Hi Ladies,

I only walked this weekend, 3 miles on Sat. and 6 miles on Sunday.
I weighed myself this morning and have lost 6lbs so far. Today I will be going to my bootcamp class. Try to eat clean ladies, don't give up.

Hi Tina, Mariah, Josie and Linda,

I'm gone all week with my 10 year old so I'll check in on Fri or Sat.

When he's home from school my food goes "bad".

No workouts at the waterpark this past weekend. I ran 3 miles today and did Core Max.

Tomorrow plan to do a weight workout maybe PUB.

Then if the snow isn't too deep up north I'll run.

Good morning everyone,

Today I will be going to my spinning class during lunch and this evening I will be pacing a group of people on a 3 mile run at a
10 minute pace. I'm pace leader with Nike and we just started a 5 week training program for a race on May 6th. Have a great day!

Oh my God Josie! What a woman you are! I did try to do Step Blast on Monday and did about 40 minutes of it but boy was I tired! Yesterday I tried Gym style legs and stopped mid way. I haven't done a weight work out in sooooo long! I am used to the walking workout. I really need to alternate with Cathe's or other workouts. Eating has been good so far but it is only Wednesday but my attitude is good.

Hi Ladies,

I did my boot camp class yesterday and it was tough. Today
I will be spinning.

Tina, you should do the shorter workouts on the DVD's and build
from that.

I will be on vacation next week and will not be checking in, I hope
I can keep up with my training and my clean diet. I will be baby sitting my 2 year old grandson and you know what that means.

I do plan on taking him jogging with me.

Josie, great idea on the DVD's. I just get so bummed because I use to do them so easy, then I started walking and got away from them. Now when I do them, I get so tired. But all different muscles. Worked out 4 days last week and did nothing over the weekend but clean the house and worked in the yard, which I guess is a workout too. Walking tonight. Hope everyone had a great Easter!
