Good morning Ladies,

I had a good weekend, ate too much as usual. I did get my walk on Satuday and my run on Sunday. I will go to my bootcampclass today and plan to eat better this week. How is evryone else doing?

Im back from NY Had to go for my mothers mass and memorial luncheon..
Everything was off for me. But now that I'm back im back with a goal...
Post every day,, share losses, accomplishments, and thoughts on them. Hoping we all have a successful week

Hi everyone!

Did a 4.5 mile walk/run on Friday, and a 3.5 walk/run on Sunday. Hope to do something tonight but my parents pipe broke in their garage this afternoon and the plumber is there and I will be checking on them after work.

Eating was okay over the weekend, not good but okay.

You can always do squats and pretend ou are looking under the sink to check for leaks

im wiped just did a small workout but being off track for 2 weeks and just getting back from NY and up at 4 am this morning is finally taking its toll
may empty suitcase and get ready for tomorrow and call it a day
 
Hi Ladies,

I'm a bit sore this morning. My bootcamp class was great and that is why I'm sore. Today I will be spinning at lunch and PUB when I get home. I'm glad you are back Mariah! Have a great day ladies.

Hello everyone,

My week so far has been, walk 3miles, Cardio & Weights and a walk run today.

My goal for April is to start doing a regular running roatation again but for now just doing Cathes Intermediate workout has been just right.

Hi everyone!

Late on this response but I will turn 50 in June. No workout on Monday, yes I should have done squats over the sink but didn't even want to do that. Yesterday did a 3 1/2 mile walk/run and will do a 2 1/2 mile walk/run tonight.

It was almost 95 here over the weekend and on Monday, so beautiful. Upper 70's today! Just luv it and the time change. Saw so many people walking last night.

Yesterday was Push Pull today plan to do Xpress Kick Box.

Food is soooo bad. Wine has got to go except one glass now and then. I've been having a few glasses a week.

Colleen I agree about the wine its a tough choice If it truely relaxes you you have to weigh pros and cons but if you have too many then you are just taking in empty calories and a substance that really keeps you sedate

I did no excersize yesterday and i just got home today have to leave house by 630 and wont get home till about 830 Ill try and do a quick Gilad when i get home

sometimes its just hard to find the time

I have to say it here. I gained 8lbs since last Thanksgiving.

I stopped running in January because of the sub zero weather. Then I got sick for two weeks.
2 weeks ago I started to run again and hurt a weird spot on my left foot. No wonder it hurt. All that extra weight.

Cathes intermediate rotation has been too easy this month.

I have got to get tough.

Hi Ladies,

I did not workout on Thursday, my DM and DB called to tell me
that they were going to be in the area and would stop by. So,
we went out to dinner. Today is family night at home so I do not
workout at all. This weekend I will be running both days.
