Ok, I need some support and advice. I have to take 5 weeks off in May. I'm getting married on May 10th (yeah)! We are going on a simple honeymoon to my family's vacation house in keys. We will be there until May 19th. Then on May 21st i'm finally having my breast augmentation surgery (another yeah)! So between my trip and the surgery i'm not going to be working out for about 5 weeks. while in the keys i may get up early to go for a run but that might not happen since i will be getting up early to go fish. this is going to be really hard for me since i rarely take off more than a week at a time. so my question is, have any of you dealt with taking a lot of time off and what are your tips for me so i don't turn into a rolly polly during my down time.
