I thought that SNM said if you got a July spot you couldn't sign up for August too --- BUT there are still 5 spots left. Are we allowed to go twice? Just asking...

No, you can only sign up for one trip. Duplicate orders were caused by people hitting the order button twice, not by people trying to sign up twice.
