4DS rotation (November 07)???

Hey guys. Any chance anybody's doing a 4DS rotation? Or Cathe's Novemeber 2007 rotation???

I started yesterday. This is the very first time I actually am DOING 4DS! LOL I've only done the BC cardio and the LIS cardio twice each before now.

Anybody???

OMG Gayle, I was wondering the same thing. You must have been reading my mind....WEIRD....:eek:

I just did 4DS Kickbox & Legs tonight. I don't think I've done that workout since I received the DVD's. I pull out LIS once in a great while and I think I've done BC once.

I loved this workout so much that I want to do a 4DS rotation.

I'm doing a 4DS rotation but I am not sticking to the cardio in the series. I am doing the weight work plus whatever cardio I feel like doing. I am not a fan of the step in that series so I'm not doing it at all. I will do the kickbox and bootcamp plus other cardios like HIIT and running.

I actually am LOVING the workouts. I can't beLIEVE I waited THIS long to actually use it. I'm adding in cardio on some of the rest and/or yoga days. So far, so good. I was going to suggest a check-in, but I tend to fizzle on the check-in part. I AM, however, keeping a daily blog, so feel free to stop there and add in your 4DS rotation/workout for the day.

Wendy-if you add in any more names to your Cheetah name, you'll need another line in your signature! LOL

Belinda-I miss you, girl!!! I'm thinking about taking the kids to Texas in about a year or so and would LOVE to catch up with you again!

I just finished that rotation. It's the second or maybe even the third, time I've done it and I always really like it for the first three weeks. As the weeks go on I get better and better at it and am lifting heavier by the end. By the fourth week, though, I admit to being tired of the workouts and ready for something new. It's one I'll go back to, though.
 
I'm doing a 4DS rotation now! I'm not doing Cathe's November rotation - I'm just doing my own thing. But I *heart* the 4DS workouts. :D
 
I'm in month two of a 4DS rotation. (The first month I was learning the cardio so I didn't count that as a "true" rotation because it takes me FOREVER to learn choreography!) I break it up and use it six days a week. I LOVE THIS ROTATION! I'm seeing serious strength gains, and I feel like I accomplish a lot in 40 minutes!! I don't want to quit doing it, actually, but I know pretty soon I'll need a new rotation to mix things up. Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!

Aren't the 4DS workout fabulous?!?!?! I LOVE them! I did the Nov. '07 rotation twice and just loved it. I didn't take as many rest days as Cathe recommended though. I added in other cardio on most of those days. I really love these workouts, though. Short, sweet, to the point, and most important--killer!!

Kristi-I agree...please share that rotation.

Like Allision, I'm not taking as many rest days. Today was yoga/stretch, and I added in an iTread because this cardio junkie just can't get enough. I'm also thinking about adding in a second LB workout, since I LOVE TO WORK LEGS!

I actually got it from a fellow poster, Randiane, and am doing it this month. I've been sharing it with the Rotation Check -in group :D . Randi shared it MONTHS ago, and I thought it was quite intriguing... and saved it. She is a huge inspiration as well..

I'm on week #4 of 5 weeks, and have gotten great toning results from it, especially upper body. I also starting eating a little better, not as many 'cheat days' as I'd been having. So i think that has helped as well.

The rotation has also made 4DS funner for me, because it explores the premixes, which I had no idea how to use.

So without further ado....

Week 1:

Week 4:
4DS Bootcamp plus upperbody abs
Kick punch and crunch abs plus 4DS legs

4DS Total Body

Gayle, I did the November 4DS rotation when Cathe posted it and I LOVED it!! It was my favorite rotation EVER! I can't remember exactly how it was laid out, but I think I did Classical Stretch on one of the rest days, and I may have thrown in an extra CC workout.
