Sorry for all the acronyms, I just couldn't figure out how to fit it all in the subject line.
So, I did the new KB & BC cardio this morning. I won't break it down by moves but I'll give you my thoughts.
The KB was a bit shorter than the BC. Took me about 40 minutes to get through both minus warmup & cooldown. Both were very intense & had me sweating & gasping for air! There was no continuation of the warmup w/the first combos as she's done w/other workouts, the high intensity starts immediately after the warmup & stays high througout.
Both were pretty basic, linear & easy to follow. The KB was fun but I absolutely LOVED the BC! Very unique & athletic, unlike any home cardio DVD I've ever done. I'm always so happy to find some new & different cardio!
Bottom line, I'm very pleased w/the new workouts, & you know how picky I am.
