4DS--HIS choreography...

...is the trickiest Cathe choreography I've ever done. I'm a step maniac--(can't get enough of it, nothing's too complicated, wish I could do it all day kind of maniac) and I found myself rewinding this one 3 or 4 times last night!!!

Once I finished it, I did the whole step portion again and it was so fun and a great workout once I knew the steps and what was coming next.

Kudos to Cathe for coming up with this stuff. I thought it was incredibly fun. Not too hard and not too easy intensity-wise, but if you're looking for some new, tricky choreography this is the one! Cathe doesn't spend any time breaking it down, she just throws it at ya. I loved it!

Hi Allison,

I haven't done Higher Intensity yet, but I did the step portion of Lower Intensity and I also had to rewind a bunch of times to get everything. It was definitely fun, though. I think I'll get the hang of it soon. I can't wait to try the cardio premix (I forget what it's called) that combines the two of them!

If you like complex choreography, try Patrick Goudeau's Step Up. It's amazing. Very low intensity though - don't expect to sweat much.

I'm THRILLED with the somewhat more complex choreography from Cathe...challenging to the mind and the body...woo hoo!

I had a difficult time with HIS choreography, too. I think it was because it was the first time through. She doesn't break down the segments in smaller parts. I really enjoyed it, though. By the end I was better. The next time I do it , it will get easier.
