I just have to tell you that I have been working out nearly all my life--started gymnastics at age 5 and continued thru high school--fitness has always been very important to me. In 1979 I gave birth to my son, who is now 26--at that time I really became more focused on taking care of myself. I have been doing high impact aerobics for years--abdominal and weight work--but never quite got the results I have been looking for.
I watch Fit TV religiously, and did many workouts with various instructers ( my son saw Denise Austin on TV last week and said "Mom--is she STILL on!!)-- but the workouts were stale. I watched you, and thought I could NEVER do the things you do--I admire you greatly, mainly because you are small (I'm 5'4" 108 lbs), and I want to look like you--
One day, I tried to do Step Blast--to my amazement--I actually could keep up with you--that was the motivater I needed--I started doing weight training--and I can not believe the results--all these years, I have been doing many exeercises wrong--I love the way you teach--amd just one small thing (like keeping your shoulders back during dead rows) have made dramatic results--
I have one BIG problem--my shoulders--I am very small in that area--what do you suggest I do to make them a little bigger--
Once again--you have to be the best trainer in the world--even my husbamd does your ab routines, and needless to say--we are ripped!!!
Thank you for being you--I want to come to New Jersey (my husband is originally from there) to your health club--and--IMax 2 is AWESOME!!!
