Hi girls! I'm getting us started for the week although I don't think I'll be around much this week.....ZIP (fingers crossed that all work schedules all have off for the 4 of us).
Saturday I did , Sunday-kettlebell way....took it easier with a lighter bell (18 lbs), monday -mma fusion...I'm really starting to like this one, even if I can't do the second turtle rolls very well (or as fast as cathe). Humidity is SUPER high here, sweated up a storm. We even have the A/C on (normally with the low humidity here we can get away with an evaporative cooler --- this has a big pad that gets wetted down and as the air blows through it cools it --- much cheaper than A/c...however with high humidity it isn't effective.
If we go, we will drive 8 hrs tomorrow to Mesa Verde national park and do some hiking (3 mile trail to see the petroglyphs), and then the next day all day zipping, then a late 8 hr drive back. I think that all should qualify as some exercise, right?
