40's - week of 3/25/12

Good Evening,

Tonite I went for a walk in the park and it wasn't a very good one my shins hurt and I just couldn't get any speed behind it, I did 2 miles and then I did KCM Body Training Standing Legs. I bit the inside of my mouth and now when I eat I keep rebiting it.

Lisa-Yea you got a workout done.
 
Lisa I don't see it! I know I found it before when I asked you but now I don't. I even had dd look for me. Maybe I changed settings?
 
My shins hurt too, that's one area that hikes get me at (must not use those muscles too much in Cathe w/o's?) I really did get a w/o in....I think I pulled a neck muscle or something, the back of my neck is really stiff, hoping it doesn't interfere with my sleep tonight. I did take a muscle relaxer. I hate it when you bite your mouth like that!

I think my html is off on the forum. I don't have the same as you lisa and can't change my font, etc. But you can see that I managed to add thumbnails. Heidi hair was the hair cut I was going for, I think I need to get a little more layers in the front. Veggie haul was my produce purchase from a little market a few weeks ago.

I think every inch of my body has some form of Doms! I decided on MMA KB to work out some of the kinks with a great stretch at the end.

Jody, I bet layers would look nice. That is a load of fruit, you are so lucky to have fresh produce. The pickings get slim here in the winter!

I did High Step Circuit and then a 2 mile walk it was better but shin splints are still there. I plan on enjoying the sunshine today.

Lisa-hope the doms go away.

Jody-wish our farmers markets had decent produce but they don't.
 
All that is from an Asian market w/ all sorts of produce that is relatively inexpensive. It was about 2 boxes full and cost 50. Not pictured were the doz eggs you get with 25 dollar purchase and some other stuff - overall a really good price. I overbought that week, I am still trying to get it all eaten- beets roasting in the oven today and I will put them in salads. Benefit is economy and variety rather than organic and uber fresh.

I did a 4.5 km run in 30 min this morn- all steady state jog. I've got HSC cued up and may get to it today, too.

Roxie good luck shaking the shin splints and enjoy the sun! Lisa- the doms help you feel back in the groove, don't they? Thanks for the screen shots, I've got different looking reply menu. Everyone having a good weekend?

Okies, i did HSC today- would have been a wee bit easier if I'd counted cathe's risers properly, I had 6 for the high step instead of 5. Tomorrow is a step blast- low max or imax 2 or LIC cardio step premix or BM2 cardio step premix or SI are my top picks.
