40's Hot in October 10/7/12

Hi girls! Today did YM, shoulders and back needed some stretching which you get with all those downward dogs! Roxie, hope you get to feeling better. I remember being so grateful for my root canal earlier this year! Can't believe I just said that! Lisa, what is Spotify? I'm so out of the loop! Murphy, you torturing yourself this weekend? Jody, do you have a test every week? Game was so cold last night! Parade today, it's supposed to get into the 70's. Freezing this morning, now it will get hot! Have a good day! Mary
 
Wowers I think I get a gold star for my workout today. I did original LIC subbing the bonus cardio for the warm up and adding the All four blasts add on to the end before I did the core. Plus I matched cuz I was wearing my green shorts and sports bra.. : )

No furnace for me, but AC bill should be a little lower over the next few months.

Mary, the program is broken into 2 classes (lab plus related topics and fundamentals/didactic) and we've only had 1 test each in two of the classes, and one other class is clinical s and she is just giving us quizzes in med terminology and stuff like that. The other class's tests are based on Egan which is what the credentialing exam is based upon and what the credentialing exam questions will be like. However, they teach out of a simpler text (honestly more like a middle school to high school level) and sort of run thru power points from the Egan. My tech program from long ago seemed A LOT more comprehensive. The lab instructors are not very complete and even give information that is contradictory to Egan (and my prior instruction). And many of the students seem academically challenged to begin with. Nice people and working hard..

Roxie, good luck with the tooth, I have something going on too but it doesn't hurt yet.
 
Good Afternoon,

I haven't gotten a workout in yet DD, SIL, and GS came over to watch a football game so DH and I got to hold him while he finally got some sleep. I plan on doing CLX Burn Circuit 3 in just a little while. It is cold and rainy here today.

Mary-I had a root canal a couple of years ago that wasn't done right so I still have problems with that tooth.

Jody-you are so smart none of what you said made since to me, and you do deserve a gold star for you workout that one is tuff.

Lisa-good job with your workout.

Murphy-I don't think I have ever done that workout.
