40 & Pregnant

I'm pregnant and I love Cathe's workouts, I have all of her tapes/DVDs. Since it has been 7 years since I've been pregnant, is there anything I should avoid or modify? I want to keep my fitness level and do not want to cut back. I'm guessing abs, with my previous two pregnancies I did not modify my workouts. Now, since I am 40 what should I avoid? I am an advanced exerciser-I also like to run, kickbox, spin and do step arerobics.
 
I just had a baby in September 5 days before my 44th birthday. So you are not alone being in your 40's.

However, I can't answer your questions since I was not able to exercise much in the first trimester since I had constant morning sickness. And in the second and third trimesters I mostly walked to keep up my fitness level, such as it was. I am now getting back into shape with Cathe and the Firm.

I think in general you should listen to your body. If you are an advanced exerciser you may not have to modify much until the last trimester.
