Hey everyone! Is it Wed already? Time has gotten away from me....had busy 2 days at work and now in a lull again but looks like I may be busy again soon with a transition coming up.
Let's see, I've been working out like a fiend. Sat, STS M2 D16 C/S/T, Sun STSM2D17, Legs (ugh), Monday, STS M2 D17, biceps only, Tuesday, 50 min run, Wed, STS M2 D17 back only (I like splitting up back/bi in M2 into separate days to do during the work week). My lower body is sore, between legs and running, I can barely walk at times. I ran Tues more to clear the brain (didn't sleep well -- dog was restless and then my brain was restless thinking of work--hate that).
It's snowing today --- should only be a couple inches on grassy surfaces only, prior to this was just a trace.
Murphy, It's easy to put off legs, but I know if I don't do it on the weekend, it ain't happening so I can't put it off.....get a strategy like that? I think you asked about Maddy, she's doing pretty good and we are enjoying our days. DH gives her the pills now because that became a struggle, but now she comes to him for her pills but still shakes, then she jumps around after she takes them like she's happy it's over.
Mary, sounds like a lovely party! Still mowing, huh? We haven't mowed in a couple of weeks but will have to do one last one to suck up stray leaves and trim it up before it goes into dormant mode.
Ronne, HAPPY BIRTHDAY! 43!?!?!?! Don't tell me I"m the oldest here (45)...I think Murphy is barely in her 40s, where are you Mary? I too like the idea of 30 min workouts....easier to fit in!
Did you all see that stupid balloon boy fiasco here in Co? Ronne, did you see it over there? I know it got international attention. What a joke....was sooooo sick of hearing about it here.
Gotta get on with my hump day, have a good one everyone!
