Oh my goodness, you will see amazing results if you stick with it and keep your eating clean!

How old is your little bub? Are you breastfeeding? If so, be careful not to cut calories to low. You may need to modify your diet somewhat to include more protein to support muscle growth.

4DS really helped me increase my weight selections and I am able to lift heavier now. I lost a couple pounds too, don't remember specifics, though.

Remember to take it easy, your body is still recovering!
 
My little one is 8 weeks on saturday. I am breastfeeding also. I have been trying to be careful not to cut my calories too low. I fear that will lose my supply if i do that. I am still trying to lose some baby weight also. I did the low intensity step today and i have to say ..I LOVE IT. I think it will be good because I can get a total body workout in a week with minimal time, which is of the essence these days.

I agree, the 4 days will be ideal for you. If you have time constraints, you can do the cardio and weight segments separately.

Give that little baby s snuggle for me!!
