Hello, I would like some advice. I am thinking of doing the 4 Day split series (only weight training routine) and do core de force for the cardio part. What do you guys think?
I really like that idea. I'm doing Strong and Sweaty weight workouts on one day and the Core de Force on the next for cardio, so same idea. It is a great combo.
I have also been using core de force as my cardio days
I've been doing Lauren Brooks new Rock Solid Kettlebell program three times a week then Core De Force in between
I love the combination
