4 day Split Series + Core de force

Hello, I would like some advice. I am thinking of doing the 4 Day split series (only weight training routine) and do core de force for the cardio part. What do you guys think?
 
I have also been using core de force as my cardio days :)
I've been doing Lauren Brooks new Rock Solid Kettlebell program three times a week then Core De Force in between :p
I love the combination :p
